By using StatistEats, you agree to these terms. StatistEats is a nutrition and weight tracking tool. It is not medical advice or a diagnostic device.
Service description
- Food diary: logging days, meals, and nutrients.
- Custom food catalog and recipes.
- Weight and body composition tracking.
- Statistics and mathematical projections for guidance only.
Account and use
- Account with a valid email and personal password; you are responsible for your credentials.
- Lawful use only; no illegal content.
- You are solely responsible for the data you enter.
Subscription
Free: full tracking stored only on your device.
Subscription (€2.50/month, no commitment): barcode scan, cloud backup, and multi-device sync. Card payment via Stripe on the web; on Android, via Google Play Store. Automatic renewal until canceled. Premium access continues until the end of the current period. Deleting your account immediately cancels the subscription.
Liability
Nutritional information (embedded catalog, barcodes) is provided without accuracy guarantee.
Projections and statistics are theoretical reference points, not medical predictions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Without a subscription, your local data is not backed up on our servers; loss due to device loss or replacement is your responsibility.
