Data deletion
StatistEats lets you erase all your personal data without deleting your account, as required by Google Play.
How to request
- Open the StatistEats app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Data management.
- Tap “Erase my data”, read the warning, and confirm.
Data deleted
- Food diary days
- Custom foods and recipes (including embedded photos)
- Weight entries
- Profile and display preferences (reset to defaults)
- Data on your device; on our servers if you are a subscriber (expires within 30 days)
Data retained
Your account (identifier, email, password), your subscription if applicable, and data that must be kept for legal obligations.
Timing
Immediate erasure on your device. For subscribers, cloud data is no longer accessible and is permanently removed within 30 days.
